December 29, 2006, Issue #045

Hello,

Happy New Year! Because of the holiday, this issue is short. I plan to be back next month with a longer issue.

As my holiday gift to you I have put together a list of free stuff I've found around the Web. Everything listed here is substantive and available at no cost.

At Yoga Today you can download a full hour yoga video everyday. I've been doing these yoga practices for a while now and they are really good.

The Millionaire Mind Teleseminar is a one-hour recording of a teleseminar to help you get started mastering the "inner game" of wealth in order to create outward success.

The e-book The Science of Getting Rich talks about focusing on the clear mental image of the life you desire.

If you are interested in building a Web business, these e-books are great: Make Your Site Sell and Make Your Content Pre-Sell.

And if you want to build a Web site for your local offline business, take a look at the Local Business Masters Course or the Service Sellers Masters Course.

Fascia is located between the skin and the underlying structure of muscle and bone, it is a seamless web of connective tissue that covers and connects the muscles, organs, and skeletal structures in our body. Muscle and fascia are united forming the myofascia system.
